whats a base value? like, when you're at the store and a weapon has a base value and a price, the price is how much you buy the item for obviously, but i can't figure out what the base value is. Help?
|||The base value is what the item actually costs. The price is what you pay after the game adjusts the price based on whether the seller likes you or not. So if they like you a lot you pay less than the base cost, but if they don't like you , you end up paying more for the item. It also takes into account things like your renown level, etc.
