What is the value base of health and social care policy and how does this express itself in practice?

|||Gosh thats a hard question dear.I should know some of it due to my line of work but I can't fathom out how to answer.|||2000 words plus or minus 10% a week and about 5 text books i could give it a stab.





couple of paragraphs on yahoo answers?, if only things were that easy . enjoy the assigment.|||Policies change depending upon the makers. The value base depends on the values of the policy makers e.g. individualist (look after yourself %26amp; suds to everyone else) collective ( all look after each other) laissez faire ( sitting on the fence)





All goes in cycles depending upon the politicians of the moment.|||The value is worthless because it is driven by profit and ruined by inept uneducated drones.
