The general logarithmic function y = logbx, has restrictions on the value of “b”, it’s base.?

You may have noticed that the general logarithmic function y = logbx, has restrictions on the value of “b”, it’s base. In particular, b %26gt; 0,b ≠ 1. Explain why this is.|||The general base logarithm can be written as

logb(x) = log(x)/log(b)

So you have to be able to evaluate log(b), which means b%26gt;0, and you have to be able to divide by log(b), which means b can't be 1.

Good luck.
