What is the formula to convert USDA SR21 Vitamins & Minerals into the % Daily Value based on 2K calorie diet?

I use the USDA SR21 Data Base to to help me determine how many calories I am consuming. The vitamins and minerals are all in g, mg, or mcg. How do I convert these into the Percentage Daily Value based on a 2,000 calorie diet?|||1 shot of Bacardi is about 95-110 calories depending on whether the shot is 1 oz or 1.25 oz. Obviously, Diet Coke has no calories. Just drink plenty of water if you choose to drink alcohol so that the next day you won't feel like poop and you can do some extra cardio.
