The key principles are; Rights and responsibilities, Anti- discrimination, Equality and Diversity, Effective communication and confidentiality...Pleaseee HELP|||You have the right to do as you will as long as it does not adversely affect others. You have responsibilities that should be important to you and kept as such. discrimination is never an acceptable thing in my opinion. We should look at all people as equals and not judge them on their race or religion or social standing or background. We should measure a person by their worth, willingness to work and their believe system should be accepted as their right even when we don't agree. Diversity is what makes life and people interesting how boring would it be if we were all the same? To effectively communicate with people one should know that person and be willing to listen as well as speak. confidentiality is a must. If someone trusts their concerns, secrets and fears to you it is a sacred trust(unless they confess to do harm to themselves or others) that must be kept.
