Explain how the princples of the care value base maybe appiled by care workers (hospital) in their daily work?

this question is for my health and social care assignment! and i cant seem to put it into words..:(


i have to use the care value base and basically have to explain how care workers infulence this points in a hospital.

HELP!!!|||They could start by not raping the comatose patients.|||The care providers should provide assistance to the patients and their families on their rights and health care choices they are entitled to. Review the hospital's mission statement. After taking their info, respect their religious decisions and beliefs, even if you don't agree. Never impose your values! Don't talk about you. Let them know that the establishment isn't biased, won't deny treatment if the insurance co. won't pay, or if they have no insurance. Treat each patient as an individual and each individual is entitled to their own treatment, decision making, rights, confidiality. Do not speak to the patients family about any confidential issues, Hippa laws are really strict and should be based on the individual. Dp not leave info where others can see it, or out in the open. No gossiping with co-workers on patients. See if they want to speak to you alone, if they want family there, so be it. Assist with a health care proxy and a DNR order. Good Luck!|||Ok, you do not put a person down, you always give them the choice no matter what it is about, you listen to them %26amp; suggest solutions if needed, give advice only if they ask for your opinion. You have to be aware of their ethnic/ religious background %26amp; make allowances for this, also sexual, emotional, physical, preferences need to be taken in to account.
